I make Soda, a web framework for Rust and Datastar, and the apps made with it: a kanban board, a family's care binder, an incident war room and a potluck planner.
Each is its own site with its own look, and each is local-first: Soda's engine handles accounts, devices, passkeys, sharing, sync, history, undo and working offline, and an app brings its model and its pages.

Kanban
A private, collaborative kanban board, and the engine's reference app: the engine's own tests run against its model.
- Cards dragged between lists, by mouse or keyboard
- Undo and redo, and a history you can scrub back through
- Members with the board open trade changes directly, in about 20 ms

Care
One binder for everyone caring for someone you love: medicines and who gave them, appointments, tasks, notes, papers and money.
- Each dose is initialed by whoever gave it, signed by their own phone
- A money log only the family members chosen can open
- An emergency sheet anyone in the circle can print in a hurry

Soda IR
The war room that works when nothing else does: an incident runbook, call tree and war room on every responder's phone.
- Keeps working with email, chat and SSO down
- GDPR, SEC 8-K, HIPAA and insurers' notice deadlines count down on every phone
- A signed timeline counsel and the insurer can verify, and an org recoverable from split keys

Potluck
Plan a shared meal with the people you invite: when and where, and who's bringing what, so the table ends up with more than five potato salads.
- The first app built from the SDK's template and guide alone: a coding agent had it working in about half an hour
- Set like a printed invitation and menu
